No that is not a typo, supposedly MGS4 will feature not one but multiple cutscenes that approach the 90-minute mark.
PSW Magazine leaked the news earlier today after being granted access to an early play through of the game. Konami was nice enough to provide the ability to pause or skip the cutscenes in game but PSW said,
They can be skipped, but you'll be missing out on some of the finely crafted examples of FMV footage anywhere in gaming
